Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Your privacy is important. This policy explains what data our apps collect, how it is used, and what rights you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we do not sell or share your data, and your personal content always stays under your control.

2. Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or process:

• The content of your documents, notes, or any files you create within our apps
• Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
• Your location data
• Your contacts, calendar, or any other on-device data outside the app
• Any data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes

3. Crash and diagnostic data

We collect anonymous, aggregated crash reports and diagnostic information solely to identify bugs, performance issues, and stability problems. This data:

• Does not include any of your personal content or identifiable information
• Cannot be traced back to you as an individual
• Is used exclusively for improving app stability and performance
• Is collected through Apple's standard crash reporting infrastructure

You may opt out of diagnostic data sharing at any time in your device's Privacy settings.

4. Where your data is stored

All content you create in our apps is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud sync enabled, your data may additionally be stored on Apple's iCloud servers in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to data stored in iCloud.

5. Data security and responsibility

Because your data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account, its security depends on the security of your device and Apple account. We strongly recommend:

• Using a strong passcode or password on your device
• Enabling two-factor authentication on your Apple ID
• Keeping regular backups of your data

Impulse Leap is not responsible for any loss, theft, corruption, or unauthorized access to data stored on your device or in your iCloud account. By using our apps, you acknowledge that data security on your device is your responsibility.

6. Third-party services

Our apps do not integrate with third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers. Any third-party frameworks used (such as Apple's own frameworks) are subject to their respective privacy policies.

7. Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
